I don’t hate that. Must less retro, but it kinda  looks like what the Fj would look like if they had just kept facelifting it for the last 10 years instead of it going out of production.

I like that, the grille plus the LED headlights modernize it really nicely (at least from 50')

As opposed to this poor specimen in my neighborhood whose headlights say “please kill me”

I’m a “meh” on it. Not bad but not great. Better than the crap-tastic angry face Wrangler grilles you see rollin’ on deep dish narrow ass 20's.
